  Employees represent the business...I had a nurse that had the personality of a paper plate. Called my last name, told me to go to end of hall and turn right, left, room to right, all while following me (reminds of a drill Sargent). Why didn't she just tell me to follow her? Got in the room, did the procedure without ever asking how I was doing or anything. Finished the procedure and walked me to the check out and left me there without anyone to check me out. I finally walked out and asked someone if I could get checked out. I sure hope she gets training on how to interact with patients.
